Scientific methodology of validation of claims

Some of you might be interested in an article (about a new invention) I have posted. The link is:

It is an entry for a writing contest. Please post your comments at their website. Please evaluate this short article; it was written with general public in mind. Feel free to forward the above link to anyone who might be interested.

Thank you in advance,

Ludwik, hopefully it's not too good to be true. I love his idea. As you know, I love history, and I've read about some of Jimmy Carter's ideas that he had in the '70s. If we had listened to him, this country wouldn't be so dependent on oil now. And, I've always supported Al Gore. Am I crazy, or just get it?

Our love of an idea (and our hope for it is correct) does not make it correct, unfortunately. What I hope for is an independent confirmation that Rossi's claim is valid.
