Ignoring the scale is a good thing for a lot of people to do. I need the routine, it gets me motivated, but how much you weigh doesn't really have much to do with how healthy you are.

((((tupi)))) Maybe we can find some good low-fat/low-cal recipes to swap. Although they'll have to be pretty easy to make if they will survive in my kitchen LOL
