Cheesy Pizza Dip
Dip pieces of French bread or pita into this gooey hot dip. It's like an instant pizza!
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 cups sour cream
1 teaspoon crushed oregano
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 cup pizza sauce
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2/3 cup chopped red bell pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium baking dish, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, oregano, red pepper flakes, pizza sauce, green onions, garlic, Cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese and red bell pepper.
Bake in the preheated oven 5 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly brown.

Cucumber Dip
The dill flavor in this creamy summer favorite goes great with cucumber slices. Kids love it -- it never lasts long! Try this dip with other veggies, as well.
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
2 tablespoons dried parsley
2 teaspoons dried dill weed
2 teaspoons Beau Monde ? seasoning
1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
In a medium bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, onion, parsley, dill weed, Beau Monde (TM) seasoning, seasoning salt and pepper. Cover and chill in the refrigerator 8 hours, or overnight, before serving. Enjoy!

Fluff Dip for Fruit
A lovely vanilla flavored dip for fresh fruit. A friend shared this recipe with me. Especially good with strawberries, pineapple and bananas.
2 (3 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup milk
1/2 cup amaretto liqueur
1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

In a medium bowl, mix together the vanilla pudding mix, milk and amaretto liqueur. Beat in the thawed frozen whipped topping. Chill 1 hour in the refrigerator before serving.
