I'm doing pretty well. I had a loss last week, and hope to have another this week. I've been keeping track, and staying within my point range, although I usually eat too few points and that doesn't help ones metabolism.

I also did some research on thyroid and metabolism and, because I'm convinced that the enlargement of my thyroid has had some effect on my system, I looked into what one would do vitamin-wise if one had a sluggish thyroid.

I started taking L-Tyrosine and kelp, and hopefully it will help, in addition to my exercise regimen and my improved eating habits. I'm optimistic!
