I have been walking each day. It helps to have a little puppy ball of energy that DEMANDS her daily walk. Sometimes I go two miles sometimes just 1 or 1 1/2. I know that does not seem like much but it's more than I was doing. I have also cut out fried and junk food and cut way back on carbs. My right knee is getting bad so no more aerobics like I used to do. And really that is forcing me to get serious.
