From what I have read and experienced 1 pound is really the most you should try to lose. Remember 3,500 calories equals a pound. So try to cut out the crappy foods and move more.
Being older my insides really don't like the weight leaving. I sometimes imagine the larger of the fat cells sending pain messages to my brain and the only thing that helps is to eat.... I read that somewhere once. LOL
And I am starting to believe it. So am eating brain food so fat cells won't win.. lol. Does anyone have the list of brain food? I know that tomatoes, broccoli, and
steam spinach are brain type foods. Well, I imagine anything packed with natural vitamins would be good for anyone's brain.
