15 MINUTE CHICKEN AND RICE DINNER

4 BONELESS SKINLESS CHICKEN BREAST HALVES

1 CAN (10 3/4 OZ) REDUCED FAT CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP

1/4 TSP. EACH PAPRIKA AND PEPPER

2 CUPS MINUTE WHITE RICE UNCOOKED

2 CUPS FRESH OR FROZEN BROCCOLI FLOWERETS

HEAT 1 TABLESPOON OIL IN SKILLET. ADD CHICKEN; COOK UNTIL BROWNED REMOVE CHICKEN
ADD SOUP, 1/12 CUPS WATER, PAPRIKA AND PEPPER TO SKILLET; STIR BRING TO BOIL.
STIR IN RICE AND BROCCOLI. TOP WITH CHICKEN. SEASON CHICKEN WITH ADDITIONAL PAPRIKA AND EPPER;COVER COOK ON LOW HEAT 5 MINUTES OR UNTIL COOKED THROUGH

TIP try serving with cooked carrots and a salad tossed with your favorite dressing
