Self Challenge

I picked up the March 2001 Self magazine at the chiropractor yesterday and read the article about their annual "challenge." They give you weekly goals that are not too huge, and increase each week over 3 months. There are even example workouts you can do at home if you don't want to sign up for a gym right away. Prizes, an advice hotline, weekly newsletters with encouragement and tips.. and you can sign up and keep your log <a>online</a>!
