Hi dear,

Fresh fruits and vegetables are very beneficial for our health.
They keep us fit, active and healthy and fight against a number of diseases.
The more beneficial fruit and vegetables are apple, orange, grapefruit, banana, grapes, dates, carrot, broccoli, radish, pumpkin, and cucumber.
