Breakfast is the first meal of the day,so it should me heavy,pure,complete and energetic.Breakfast plays very important role in our whole life.We could skip lunch but we can't skip breakfast because it has countless benefits.I usually eat egg,slice or beans with juice or tea which keeps me healthy and active whole day.
