I agree with Rachel72 because if you fail to plan you plan to fail. Good Luck!
Btw I did lose sixty pounds no pills, trainers or doctors. Just used common old fashion sense. Smaller portions keeping the count on what you are eating i.e. how many vegetables and etc.
