Diet is the direct link to our healthy life and body.I m quite health conscious so i always prefer to eats healthy.First we've to manage our funds.A nutritious diet while ensuring overall well being, helps to maintain a healthy Body Mass Index, reduces the risk of several debilitating diseases like cancer, cardiovascular ailments, diabetes, osteoporosis and stroke.
