Exercise is the best way to reduce weight,can you do it early morning or in evening?Do some physical work outs on your weekend days like swimming,running,gym,yoga what ever you like.These workouts helps you to reduce fat and decrease your weight in fast way.Green tea is good option but you've to just avoid high calories food,oily food s etc.
