Oh my. Well I imagine you'll eat what is on your plate and like it is a no no. Lol, was in my house also.

Seeing as she is 13 her hormones are kicking in.
I really think a check up and a talk with a nutritionist is in order.
Egg whites are a good source of protein and with her being thin.. the yolks wouldn't hurt. But only 1 or 2. hmmmm no meats at all. She needs iron also.
How is she with veggies?
