Directions
Have your child draw a bug on the back of a paper plate. Use the flat part for the body, and the sides for the legs. Cut out the bug and it will stand on it's own. Cut out several and you have enough for a bug war...or a bug parade, or a bug circus, or whatever your child's mind can come up with.

Turkey Handprints

I traced my son's hand (3 yrs) and my daughter's (16 months), added a beak, feet, and a wattle. Then they colored their own turkeys whatever colors they wanted. I cut them out, which made it much more obvious what they were lol and put them on the front window. We made some other autumn type stuff - leaves, pumpkins... Our dauhter usually doesn't get too involved in our crafts but she loved this one.

My oldest grandchild is now three, a boy, and before he could walk, he wanted that TV remote. Nothing could keep him from it. His parents, brilliant people that they are, gave him an old remote that no longer worked. He was in heaven. On 4th of July weekend, my 14-month-old grandson was here with his parents, and he, too, loves the remote control device. He now has his very own.
