Thumbs up 8th of March

How did you celebrate women's day?

I know this sound insignificant, but I was out on the street in my local town, talking to women and making them aware that it was woman's day, and encourage women to work for women's causes that interest them.

I would like suggestions for what to do next year, or everyday.

Hi aagtha,
National Womens Day questions you can ask. What have you done for yourself today? Have you celebrated being a woman ? Share with young girls, young woman the power of being a woman.
The power, strength, all these emotions and more without regret. To show the abilities of women in the work force, education, politics, and in life itself.
Whatever, wherever life takes you as a woman you can handle it.
Woman= What a wonderful word. What incredible things we accomplish on our own..and as Women we are even more empowered. We are a force to be reckoned
with.
Actually you can do these things any day. We are after all women.

I am so sad this is the first you have ever heard of Women's day. I'm wondering how hard I fought in the 70's to bring us where we are today and you've not heard of it.
