Does anyone have a recipe for nutritious, low-fat muffins like the VitaMuffins that they sell in the grocery store? They're delicious and only 100 calories for half, but they are very expensive!

Well FitChik, I can see about maybe finding a recipe for you. I hope that would help. Never heard of the VitaMuffins you are talking about. Maybe that is only for your location or general area. I would like to try some myself. I will see if I can find you a recipe though.
Have a great day!

Brown turkey until done and drain. Mix in the rest of the ingredients and mix well over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes.

Serve hot on hamburger bun.
