I love homemade bread. I love the way the house smells. Store bought is easier for sandwiches.

A clean eating plan means to choose other things than refined products like mac and cheese per se. So I would make home made noodles and use homemade cheese. Which by the way you can acquire at flea markets and etc. Whew!
I am choosing the clean plan to help my blood sugars. Fudge or Brownies

Lol both are chocolate so it's all good. But I love fudge cause I don't eat as much.

Regular tea when stomach is not up to par. Otherwise coffee. Hot with milk & sugar. ........ Muffins Pumpkin or blueberry ?
