Baked Chicken Recipes
1.) Chicken Broccoli Bake
2 Cups chopped cooked broccoli 2cups soft bread cubes 2 cups cubed cooked chicken 1 jar Heinz Home style chicken gravy Dash Pepper 2 cups grated sharp cheese 1/2 cup undiluted evaporated mild In buttered baking dish, layer broccoli, chicken, bread cubes, and cheese. Combine gravy, mild, and pepper. Pour over chicken. Bake on 375 for 30 minutes. 2.) Chicken Casserole 6 pieces of chicken 1- 3 oz. can of mushrooms 1 can of beef bouillon soup 2 bay leafs 5 tbsp. worcestershire sauce 1/4 cup butter 3 tbsp. flour 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 clove garlic Last edited by TammyWOW; October 7th, 2008 at 05:17 AM. hmmm that sounds good, how about stuffed chicken, I use either mashed potatoes or stuffing like thanksgiving turkey. I also do Pork chops like that.

One thing I like about baked chicken it's less fat and calories, cuz all the oil (fats) from the chicken will melted when you baked them. I'm used to using simple ingredients for baking chicken, i.e. some soy sauce & teriyaki sauce for marinated or less sodium salt & pepper... or just onion, garlic and hot pepper. And you can toss some salads and potatoes with it.
