The bbq grill is one of my best friends! Love it. I use charcoal. I do veggies on it, meat, and even desserts!

My favorite to grill is Salmon, corn on the cob, and peaches.

Chicken comes next for grilling. Polish Sausage is great grilled. MrTiff likes steaks on the grill.

Summer BBQ's bring back lots of memories when I was a kid and my Dad would be grilling or my grandpa who at 70 years of age decided He did Not like pork steaks anymore and we stopped having those on the grill or even having them WHICH where His best cooked items on the grill. He then only did hamburgers. LOL guess his tastes buds when on vacation in his old age, because the hamburgers sucked.

We have been grilling a lot this year too. No fish but just about everything else. chicken, chops, steaks, hot dog and burger, corn and veggies that we wrap in foil and add just a little butter to. Yummy!

Theres a couple of grilled dessert recipes on safeways grilling website. Thats where I first discovered the grilled banana split idea. Our grill has been in the garage for the past 2 weekends since the deck area is getting re-done. I cant to get it back!
