Hi mysticlady 14041,
Welcome to the boards & to WOW.

Tell him to get over it. Otherwise if you have kids you'll end up with an extra whinner... Think about it. lol DLC ~ a brick of cheese. Even my grandkids don't whine when they are here. Talk to me without whinning. Then I'll listen.. Maybe you should try that.

and... on a serious note, if it really bugs you...you need to resolve that before he becomes your MR.
things like that don't just go away, they fester.... (just my opinion, but one born from experience...)

First off, Hi, Mysticlady.

Talk to him before you two get married. As PBS said, it'll only fester once you're hitched. What is a little annoyance when you're engaged can become a major issue when you're married...and become something that you talk to everyone about if you don't stay married. Trust me on this. I've known people who've split up because of things like this. And let's face it...if you care enough about him now to consider marrying him, you'll want to prolong the fun as long as possible.

Had to laugh, DLC, about the cheese remark, as, when my kids were small, whenever they'd start to whine, I ask 'em the standard, "You want cheese with that whine?"

rjsfeminist & PBS are absolutely correct. All joking aside. It's not a joke. Should be settled BEFORE the wedding. Serious discussion time is needed between the 2 of you. Hope you take that time. It can avoid complications later.

Good luck in resolving that. Good luck on your up coming nuptuals. Hope it all works out.
