(((DLC))) Hi babes! Yes, yes, and YES! It is my great wish to take the Staten Island Ferry into the bay for a view of the Statue, and to stand at the Brooklyn Bridge and think of poems. :-) Thanks for responding.

(((((Lou)))))) (((((DLC))))))) How were your travels to NYC? Never been there. Would like to one day experience the east coast. Until then I will enjoy the Sunshine of where I am at, and enjoy local travels. Sunshine!

(((Sunshine)))

New York City was a wonderful experience, and now that I've found it's actually an easy place to visit, I expect I will be going again. Yay!

I'm vacationing on my boat this year, going to go up to several of the islands on Lake Erie then maybe go up thru the Detroit River and into Lake Huron to various ports of call. Ahhhh, am I looking forward to that!

I've talked about it for long enough & now I've finally decided to just go for it. I'm planning a trip to Vancouver and the Rockies in 2003.
Other places on my wish list would be Tibet or Nepal, Iceland and the Grand Canyon. I love the (English) Lakes by the way and hope to revisit Scotland again some time.

In early July, I made a road trip up the coast of California. It was a spur of the moment trip because I had just learned that my significant other's number had come up to begin Interferon treatment of Hepatitis C. A little time away with the ocean seemed just the thing to do. You can read about that trip in the November 1 issue of Tapestry.

We lived in Greece for three years and were lucky to be able to see quite a few places throughout Europe during that time

I would love to go back and just leisurely wend my way through the countries and savour all the sights, sounds and food![Yummmmmmy]

Of course I would have to have a purse that just keeps filling up miraculously

Canada is good! I did the Canadian side of the Falls when I was young. Much prettier from that side. I need to go back now that I know a few people from there, eh? Wanna LiamFan?

I would say my most memorable vacation was spending St. Patrick's Day in Ireland.
