Indeed! I enjoyed Canada immensely both times I visited. We went to the Falls, also, and then to Toronto. Loved both trips.

I'd like to drive the camper through Canada. I've only been near the Falls.

Canada rocks. I think I want to be a Canadian when I grow up.

Wondering where all the travel people are. The last post here was several months ago. My last trip was to Charleston SC and I would love to go back. There is so much Civil War history in that area and it is on the "coast" which is a plus for me. Beautiful beaches. The year before we went to the Golden Isles of Georgia and that was lovely as well.

I haven't traveled in a while myself. Coincidentally, Maine is one of my favorite places!

Can you post in here if you don't have "fan" at the end of your nick?

Savannah and St. Augustine are my most recent stops and they too are so full of history. Beautiful places.

Virginia is a good historic stop too. Williamsburg in particular.

Sometimes I think I'm on a permanent vacation since moving to the mountains of Virginia. This town is liking time warping back to the 60's/70's. Everything is slower paced (except when you have something delivered, then they're early!) Neighbors walk around the block, they talk and wave to you (well, except for one who stays to herself). Directions are given in landmarks so if you're new you should have a map! The scenery is gorgeous and the cows talk all the time. The owls and other wildlife are huge! We do have 2- 24 hour Walmarts though!
