(((WA))) Have I told you I love ya? I checked like the first 2 or 3 pages then skipped to page like 6! I feel abit embarassed. Anyway, I showed them to Em and she loves the idea. I have glasses like the ones you used I'd only need about 3 more. I figure between the dollar store and the craft shops well have it all in plenty of time.
Her weeding theme is butterfly kisses. I've seem butterfly shape confetti and lips so, that would look awesome! Thanks Hon. You've made her happier!

Glad I could help.

You may be able to find butterly fasteners for your bonbonnieres. Basically, it's a butterfly in the middle, with two wires sticking out of the thorax -- fasten the wires around the tulle of your bonbonnieres like a twist tie.

The other thing you can try, instead of candy in your bonbonnieres are butterly-shaped guest soaps... Just a thought.

I know you can also get small bottles of blowing bubbles as an alternative to bags of rice. These are nice favors to hand out and the bottles I've seen have different plastic tops: doves, butterflies, and kissing cherubs, I think.

Look around and see what you can find.

It sounds awfully painful, crazymomma. Are you quite sure you don't need any help while you "pull one for the team" so to speak? I'd hate to learn you plum keeled over because that level of ice cream consumption proved too much for you.

If you need help, just say the word. I'm there! he he he It is for the greater good, after all.

That really depends, gsf. Are you looking for an immediate return or a long-term gain? If you are willing to be patient and are looking for long-term gain, I'd suggest a medium- to high-performance mutual fund. With some of these, there is a minimum investment involved, and a commitment of a few to several years is involved. You really need to research the funds in which you want to invest -- some support things like tobacco companies and other things your personal beliefs may not agree with. Also, some high-growth funds carry a lot of risk. You could earn a lot, or you could lose.

Mutual funds and savings bonds build on the idea of compound interest. In the first year, you earn interest. In subsequent years, you earn interest not only on your initial investment, but also on the interest you earned already. Over time, this can make a significant difference.

I'm not a financial expert, but these are some of the things I've learned.

A good book, if you can find it, is The Wealthy Barber. It has a lot of useful advice.

Another suggestion is to talk to a banking specialist. They have far more training than I and can probably give you other practical suggestions.

I hope this helps.
