LOL Minty. I was like "huh??" That was a LONG time ago, eh? I guess it's too late to edit and change that "your" to "you're". Oh well, old mistakes come back to HAUNT one!

My 2 cents...

Honestly girls there is not herb or pill to help unless there is an actual physical reason your body isnt getting in the mood.

For most women its a relationship issue, and not necessarily a bad issue or trouble in the marriage, often its just a communication thing.

Men are mechanical and can be turned on with sight or just the inuendo there may be sex happening.

Us gals however are slow cookers and need to be 'turned on' with touch, sight, smell and sound. And with all that if our guys don't understand that there is frustrations and lack of desire.

The one poster mentioned going to a naughty shop...if you both agree on those products they can help..thats why I am in the biz I am in...it works!

Also...I have found a man who actually listens to me and what I need in the bedroom and he actually acts on it! Woo Hoo...

Seems like an awful big generalization to me, that "men are mechanical" and "women are slow cookers." I can think of lots of exceptions.

Talking Well this is my two cents worth

As far as men being mechanical...they aren't its just the way some are...that a visual thing gets their motors running where as women being slow cookers.....well not all of us are. However a lack of communication can happen and sometimes for reasons unknown to us...some of our internal clocks change. Which means if you are lucky and able to discuss this with your sweetie then you will have good sex. Then again sometimes you need to get your imagination in use. LOL That is fun. Take time out to enjoy each other without sex and then if you still havent reached your usual level of enjoyment then you need to re-explore each other like you were dating again. That is fun too
Either way you both will win in the long run.
Have a great day!

I would estimate but your first three posts you're high strung or a panicker... That might be hindering your arousal. You need to calm down, sometimes by putting so much emphasis on sex it makes it too serious or gives you really high standards for pleasure and the reality is life is nothing like the movies.

What to do? I have a few ideas. I'm not saying I'm the expert but you asked so i am helping. Try a vibrator to get yourself in the mood. Try some female friendly resource such as theadulttoyshop for this. When you enjoy the sexual stimulation and your natural vaginal lubricant gets flowing, it will also get your hormones flowing too. You see I am an erotica author and when I need to get myself in the mood I draw a hot bath and bring in a vibrator (please make sure it's waterproof!!) and the act of bringing myself to an orgasm releases all negative pent up energy.

It's not about the act of having the orgasm, you're trying to seduce yourself - think of it as individual foreplay. The more relaxed you can be and aroused you are, this will carry over to when your husband comes into the bedroom - you'll be physically and emotionally ready and willing to enjoy passionate lovemaking with him.
