Smile Feel good in your skin

I don't eat bread, but i eat every others meals and i havn't got any problems with my weight and the most important think is that I feel healthy!!!

Yes I do all that. I did lose weight prior to becoming a diabetic. Now that stuff doesnt work to shed the pounds. Ugh

Hello everybody,...
I am newbie on this forum and i watch out all the posts.Different people choose the different way for the weight loss.According to me exercises is the best and easier way
for weight loss.If you want to get the positively results.

Hi Martin! Welcome To WOW! Yes exercise a good healthy diet and positive attitude does work. Yet I have gained weight with the job I had doing the trucks. Tomorrow I start my phlebotomy clinicals. Yay Yikes! LOL I am scared excited and thrilled. Just hope I do well. Check out the other message threads and reply or post. This way we get to know each other. Hugs

Exercise is the best way to reduce weight,can you do it early morning or in evening?Do some physical work outs on your weekend days like swimming,running,gym,yoga what ever you like.These workouts helps you to reduce fat and decrease your weight in fast way.Green tea is good option but you've to just avoid high calories food,oily food s etc.

If you want to decrease your weight then you must be do regular exercise you can also take diet food like fruit fresh vegetables and broth etc. I recommended you can also do Yoga exercise this is the best for maintain your system and also decrease your system fast.
